● Careers at Flow Painting
Paint all winter. Not just all summer.
Most Victoria crews start layoffs when the rain comes. Our winters are booked with interior work, so the crew that starts in spring is still painting in February. If you take pride in your work, we want to meet you.
● The winter difference
October layoffs are not how we run this company.
You know how the season usually goes. Exteriors wrap up in the fall, the phone slows down, and the crew gets thin until spring. We built Flow around the opposite: winter is our interior season. Kitchens, cabinets, whole-home repaints, commercial interiors. Booked ahead, scheduled indoors, out of the rain.
That is why we can keep a family-run crew of nine together year after year, and why we are hiring painters who want steady work they can be proud of, not another season that ends in an EI claim.

Why painters stay
What you get from a crew like this.
Work in January, not just July
We book interior projects through the winter on purpose. When other crews are cutting staff in October, we are lining up the next indoor job.
Straight talk on pay
Pay depends on your experience and what you can run. Tell us where you are at and we talk real numbers on the first call, not after three interviews.
Quality you can put your name on
Prep gets done properly and the schedule respects that. You will work with people who care about the same details you do.
A crew customers know by name
Read our Google reviews and you will find our painters named and thanked in them. That is the kind of crew this is.
“Being in the building industry, I've worked with many painters over the years. Nacho is, by all standards, the best I've come across. He maintains high quality workmanship, has impeccable communication, and prioritizes customer satisfaction.”
Open roles
The roles we hire for.
We are growing and always want to meet good painters. If you sit somewhere between these, apply anyway and tell us what you do.
