All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on project scope changes or unforeseen conditions discovered during work.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposits may be required for larger projects
• Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and electronic payments
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines based on our best assessment. Actual completion times may vary due to weather conditions, unforeseen structural issues, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our services:

• Interior painting: 2-year warranty on workmanship
• Exterior painting: 3-year warranty on workmanship
• Warranties do not cover damage from improper maintenance or external factors

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Removing or protecting valuable items
• Ensuring pets are secured during work hours
• Communicating any concerns promptly
• Providing accurate project information

8. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. We reserve the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date.

9. Liability

Flow Painting Inc. carries comprehensive liability insurance. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

10. Changes to Work

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
